Cherish De La Cruz specializes in estate planning and “life after the case” matters. Mrs. De La Cruz holds a Bachelors’ degree from the University of Western, Ontario. She earned her law degree from the University of Iowa, where she was a member of the Journal of Corporation Law. She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Georgia. Mrs. De La Cruz is a leader in her community and is the immediate past president of the Georgia Asian-American Pacific Bar Association.

Mrs. De La Cruz is an expert in Estate Planning and Elder Law. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida. Mrs. Law has an extensive background in financial asset management and planning as she is former Senior Counsel to Primerica. Mrs. De La Cruz is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys as well as Wealth Counsel, a national organization of lawyers dedicated to estate planning matters. She is also a Member-at-Large of the Elder Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
As a compassionate member of the Bar, Mrs. De La Cruz began her legal career as a Public Defender for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. There, she gained valuable courtroom experience as she tried numerous bench and jury trials.
